Next Chamber Members Meeting topic to be a Panel of our Community Non -Profits --What do these organizations do? We are encouraging them to share one or two short stories of how they are impacting impact people's lives as examples --How can we, as businesses and community members, best support their efforts? What do they most need/want from us, how can we best partner? The details are as follows: .This event is co-sponsored by the Clinton Chamber of Commerce and the Clinton Progressive Association .The timing is 5:30-7:00 pm on Thursday, March 5th at the St. Peters Lutheran Church .The agenda includes time for socializing (5:30 to +/- 5:45), time for brief business for the Chamber and the Progressive Association (5:45-6 pm), and the program (6-7 pm) .Dinner will be available for purchase, starting at 5:30 pm. The Farm Fiber Shack has Handspun yarn, roving, fleece, felted bags, hand knitted hats, scarves & more; Educational Farm tours; Fresh eggs all year, and seasonal produce. 7th Annual Spring Art Studio Tour - March 6 - 7, 2010 A free, self-guided Tour featuring 38 artists at 24 working studios Saturday, March 6th and Sunday, March 7th from 10 AM to 5 PM. Most artists will be demonstrating during the tour, providing rare insight intothe creative process and techniques.

Clinton Water Forum

The Clinton Progressive Association is presenting a free forum on water issues affecting wells and septic systems in Clinton, the state of South Whidbey's groundwater, and the effects of pollution on personal and environmental health and on Puget Sound. The forum takes place on Saturday, March 13 from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Clinton Community Hall, Hwy 525 and Central Avenue.

Rummage Sale Saturday March 27, Sara Benum and Barb Schiltz will be the team leaders for this CPA fundraiser. Save your gently used items and deliver them to the Hall Mon 3/22 - Fri 3/26 (hours TBA).
